If you are not happy at any time with our online shop and services, find a fault with our online shop, or if you have any comments regarding an order placed with us, then do not hesitate to contact us at Bikes24-7 we will do everything we can to help.
From time to time your access to bikes 24-7 may be restricted to allow maintenance and uploading new products and features.
All attempts will be made to ensure normal service will be resumed as soon as is practical.
We at bikes 24-7 have a great aftersales team in place and all queries will be personally handled and resumed quickly.
Where applicable all manufacturers guarantees and /or service arrangements are provided with the item.Claims are handled by e-mailing us at- firstname.lastname@example.org
We operate a 14 day refund policy from point of delivery, providing the item that is returned to us is in its original and unused condition, including original boxing and packaging and delivery note as proof of purchase.
Below are our methods of return:-
1- By post or your own courier
Package the item/items securely, returning in the original outer packaging.Include the details of why its being returned,along with your order number and personal details.
All items returned by post, unless faulty are done so at your own cost. It is advised that you keep all post documents and receipts from Post offices when using Royal mail.
We will endeavour to send out a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days, provided that all your details are included with your return.
2-Collections by bikes 24-7 for the bigger couriered items.
Dependant on the weight and size of your product you wish to return, you might want us to collect your goods, this is ok but please be aware there will be a charge if they are not faulty.
again we will work on a 14 day period to send out a replacement or refund your payment.
any faulty items we will need receipts for these and once returned will examine the goods and if required will be sent for a manufacturers examination.
we will aim to despatch your replacement,arrange a repair or issue a refund within 14 days.
